This work-from-home position combines customer service and sales into one role. You’ll be the face of the company, interacting with customers through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels. Your responsibilities will include providing friendly and helpful customer support, answering questions, and resolving problems. But you’ll also have a sales target to meet, so you’ll be identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services that fit the customer’s needs.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can thrive in a self-directed environment. You’ll need to be a fast learner, eager to gain a strong understanding of the company’s offerings to accurately represent them to customers.
