Customer Onboarding Specialists educate and train customers and sales teams on various Caterpillar digital platforms, including PCC, CAT Central, QR Codes, CAT Inspect, SIS2GO, and Vision Link. They manage customer access requests, resolve login issues, and provide platform support. Additionally, they schedule onsite visits, promote services to drive parts and service growth, and handle support requests from CAT Digital. They oversee the customer onboarding process, maintain CRM records of interactions, and assist with administrative updates, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
Pay is listed as: $27 to $30.50 an hour.
