An ideal applicant for this full-time role should be capable of managing a high volume of phone calls, have strong communication skills, follow company guidelines, and multitask. Daily tasks will include but not be limited to building rapport with potential customers, providing answers to questions concerning products, troubleshooting, documenting all customer interactions, and explaining a variety of services to customers.
