This is an opportunity with Marich Confectionery Company, which includes a 4-6 week training period. They are looking for a customer service representative who can take incoming calls and emails and resolve customer issues, use knowledge of products to build relationships with customers and brokers, work on a team and with internal departments, maintain accurate customer records, prepare reports, work closely with the shipping and sample departments, assist with bulk products on customer accounts, lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, and route opportunities to appropriate sales executives. They want someone who has previous customer service experience and general computer proficiency, including various software tools. The pay rate is $19 – $20 / hr.
