Customer Care Representative

BSN SPORTS, has an opening for a full-time, remote, entry-level, customer care representative. Pay starts at $19.23/hr.

The Customer Care Representative works directly and indirectly with all branches of BSN on customer-facing solutions including, answering the customer service line and assisting parents and players with individual team store orders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Provide efficient, positive, consistent, and helpful resolutions upon first contact resolution when possible
  • Communicate effectively with team and leadership through team meetings, email, Microsoft Teams, and various other communication methods.
  • Use Microsoft Office, SAP, Gladly, and other various platforms to assist customers
  • Ethically perform duties with integrity, respect, honesty, fairness, understanding, active listening, and community
  • Be punctual and reliable. A Customer Care Representative must maintain the standards of time and attendance established in BSN Sports’ time and attendance expectations.
  • Provide on-demand customer service resolutions related to lost packages, inaccurate shipments, late orders, defective items, decoration quality, and all other issues related to servicing the sale such as returns and exchanges.
  • Understand decoration production processes and timelines.
  • Respond to voicemails, emails, and chats and complete all other assigned tasks on time using proper professional etiquette.
  • Attend department meetings to maintain an awareness of company policies and customer service issues that may arise.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
