CSR – Customer Support Representative

ADVANCED ONION INC In this role, you will work as part of a call center team dedicated to providing support to veterans and military families. Answer calls, provide accurate information, referral services, or escalate to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert support agency. The products delivered by this team actively help to ensure the safety of Service Members and their families.

This looks like an onsite/remote (hybrid position) It comes with 4 to 6 weeks of training. A military background is a plus. You must also acquire a Department of Defense secrecy clearance as well as a government security clearance. The job starts at $17.50 per hour.
