As a Contact Center Representative, you are responsible for processing member transactions, resolving concerns, and delivering professional, solutions-focused service in line with SAFE’s Brand Promise. You input credit applications, conduct member profiling to identify needs, and meet service, sales, and referral goals. This role involves providing phone support, collaborating with internal departments, maintaining accurate daily balances, and staying informed on policy and product updates. Additional responsibilities include completing daily checklists, adhering to attendance guidelines, and performing other duties as assigned.
M-F day and evening shifts.
Listed pay is: $20.80 to $22.50 an hour.
