Contact Center Representative (Full-Time, On-Site, Santa Rosa)

Community First Credit Union is building community awesomeness—one member, one investment, one impact at a time. They are looking for someone to respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat, post incoming mail and process deposits and returned mail, provide information on products and services, open new shares for new members, collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless member service, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. They want someone who has excellent verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proficiency in computers, particularly Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to learn new software, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, a typing speed of at least 40 wpm, an ability to work flexible hours including weekends, strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work under pressure, and an ability to work independently. The pay rate ranges from $20.09 – $24.96 / hr.
