We are looking for an empathetic and communicative Contact Center Agent who can handle inquiries and connect consumers with legal services. This may include inbound/outbound calls, chat, and text.
Qualifications/Skills
- Ability to ensure a high-quality experience for callers seeking legal services
- Motivated, self-starter, with the ability to thrive in an incentive and goal-oriented environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, including strong problem solving and negotiating skills, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Established home office with reliable internet and computer equipment (laptop/desktop and headset) for the initial training period
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
