Client Services Associate (Full-Time, On-Site, San Jose)

SPS is a global market leader in the field of Business Process Services for Document Management solutions. They are looking for someone to handle tasks which include consistent lifting, moving, and walking, customer care with a friendly attitude, flexibility in handling customer demands in a high-volume environment, adhering to safety procedure guidelines, taking direction from supervisor, maintaining logs, and reporting documentation, participating in cross-training, handling time-sensitive material, providing backfill, entering data, and sorting and delivering mail. They are looking for someone with customer service experience who has great people skills and patience, has keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, preferably), written and verbal communication skills, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, willingness to work additional hours as needed, willingness to submit to drug screening and background check, ability to work independently and as a team, and an ability to meet attendance policy. The pay rate is $21 / hr.
