We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Client Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with clients and veterinarians to deliver exceptional service and help facilitate access to medical care for our patients. As the face of our practice, you will greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, assist with billing and insurance claims, and educate pet owners on basic animal care. You will also help clients choose the right products and services for their pets. We value your feedback and ideas as we innovate and strive to change the future of veterinary medicine. Listed pay is: $18 to $21 an hour.
