As a Client Experience Specialist, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction. You will identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and provide detailed information to help them make informed decisions. Collaborating with the sales team, you will work toward meeting monthly targets and driving company growth. Additionally, you will address customer concerns, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales goals.
M-F, weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $50,000 to $65,598 a year.
