The Client Advisor is responsible for achieving individual daily and weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support overall store goals. This role involves replenishing merchandise on the sales floor in alignment with company visual merchandising standards and assisting with inventory and store organization. The Client Advisor processes transactions efficiently, adheres to all sales-related policies and procedures, and ensures merchandise is properly displayed and secured. A strong emphasis is placed on delivering exceptional customer service, following company experience protocols, and maintaining a well-organized and welcoming store environment. Additionally, the Client Advisor contributes to ongoing client relationship management through maintaining and growing the store’s client book.
8 hour day and night shifts, with weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $20 to $24 an hour.
