Hurtt & Hurtt is hiring for clerical positions in Roseville California. The position is full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with tasks such as preparing documents and coordinating appointments
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate projects by organizing files, scheduling meetings, and tracking deadlines
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning and photocopying
- Provide organizational support to ensure smooth office functioning
- Manage phone systems by answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries appropriately
- Support office staff with various tasks
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proficiency in office procedures and clerical tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with accounting firm office operations is advantageous
- Competency in using phone systems and office equipment (copy machine, ten key calculator, scanner, postage meter, printer)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
