Did another mock interview. Flubbed the first question but there was a few questions I answered that impressed my interviewer. She educated me as well. It was very helpful.

I did a mock interview. I learned how important CTP is to Gwendolyn. Shes motivational.

Today I took care of another trio of job listings and dedicated the rest of my day to Disability ERG outreach.

Today, I completed my required lab, conducting experiments with Disk Imaging on a virtual machine (VM). I also had my check-in with Devin and Carrie. I’m proud of how much I’ve improved through this program.

Work on Sales and Customer Service, typing, Google Docs, and Sheets.

I had my monthly check in with Devin and Carrie. And received helpful information as to how to strengthen my Salesforce skills by asking Marc for assistance in accessing Skillforce courses. I had two practice mock employer POW company massage practices. Everything went very well today.

Today I continued practicing with customer service scheduling scenarios. It was challenging, but I was able to catch on as we all continued practicing. I do enjoy these scenarios because the more we practice, the more we improve. I also had my monthly check in with Devin and Carrie which is also always helpful.

Today after the first few minutes of typing practice, we worked on the role-playing of scheduling either massage, health consultation, or personal training. It was fun. It takes practice trying to put all the required information in fast not to have the client waiting on the line while filling out the information.
