Today, we began by presenting technology articles in CTT. Next, we practiced responding to customer inquiries in writing. This was helpful in learning how to address customer concerns without upsetting or ignoring them. We then celebrated my graduation from CTT as we prepare to move on to SJS.

Today I researched multiple jobs and posted them on CTP job listings. I discovered that I need to be more thorough with posting so that my communication is detailed and clear. Today we practiced responding to customers in writing. This was helpful to learn how to respond to customer concerns without upsetting or ignoring our customers. We also celebrated those students who are graduating into SJS. It was a fun day!

Today I did the practice questions for the customer service responses. Also, we had a graduation for two students.

I did my job posts and my AO as well as my EFG and all in all, I had fun Daniel Lee Blair

Today I started out with some job postings for the students, then transitioned to work on the ERG Outreach project. Finding contact info for these organizations is always a struggle, but I feel like I sent out a reasonable amount of emails today. I just hope some of them are interested!

Today I worked on posting job links on CTP. For the rest of my day, I worked on researching and updating the emergency food and groceries spreadsheet.

Participated in two rounds of mock interviews.
