Today I learned how to set up a E-mail signature and spent some time on SkillSoft completing courses.

Practiced 3CX scripts, did monthly check-in, reviewed independent challenge answers.

We started with 3CX today with the Sunshine Express Phone Scripts scenarios. We also reviewed the Docs: Independent Challenge. We did a How to Create an Email Signature assignment.

Today, I began by researching and posting 3 job listings that are suitable for graduates to CTP’s skill center page. I tried playing with Google Sheets and Docs. So I hope I did ok.

Today I searched Indeed for jobs to post on CTP and posted some decent jobs. I worked on the EFG list for the rest of the day, mostly confirming what is left to research for some counties.

Today we first did an assignment on the CX3 phone system. Then we worked on the Independent Challenge. And I watched a video on customer service.

Practiced phone scripts with 3CX, and did the Independent Challenge V3.

Today began with practice typing. We did some phone exercises on 3CX. We did the independent challenge. I completed most of it.
