Today, we did responses to customer feedback questions and went over our Independent Challenge grades and the actual Independent Challenge doc and sheet. I am having intermittent internet service issues and I’m going to have to check in with my internet service provider in the morning…. Rebooting my router did not improve my connection…

Today was so much fun to just go over the independent challenge and just see what i did was amazing .

Today, we went over the results of our Independent task from yesterday. I got an A. We also did an assignment today on BerkMart customer service response letters. I think I did a good job with those.

Today I reviewed the challenge from Tuesday and worked on a customer service document on how to assist customers in various ways.

Today I did BerkMart Written Customer Service Responses and we reviewed the independent challenge from yesterday.

Worked with Carrie to update progress then joined in review of yesterday’s challenge. After that we all participated in a BerkMart Challenge. Answered those Questions then did some review with Carlos.

Today was a great learning experience. I posted my job listings in the first hour then dove back into troubleshooting the virtual media problem After chasing down wrong leads and working on it in a roundabout way, I had a very fruitful discussion with Alex T about how to troubleshoot more effectively and what kind …

Today I entered three more job listings onto my blog. I did research on the Salvation Army for the Emergency Food spreadsheet. the Salvation Army is amazing with all of the services that they provide. Had a weekly check-in meeting with Carrie. Then I moved on to SkillSoft and Google Sheets.
