I started by posting some amazing job opportunity for the CTP clients helping with their job search. I posted a few remote/work-from-home job opportunities in CSR position. And a few amazing job positions as well.

4/23/24 Today I worked on my typing skills and my score was ok. But after that, we jumped into are phone skills which was pretty fun .

Today I learned about 3CX and did an exercise with it. We practiced phone scripts with different scenarios designed to test phone and people skills.

Leveled up my phone skills! Practiced greetings, holds & transfers at a health center role-playing lab. #phonecustomercare #wellness.

Today in class, we learned the 3CX phone system and did phone scripts to handle incoming business calls and use the features of the phone. Today, I did some more work on my SkillShare, then we spent the rest of the day doing customer service roleplay scenarios. A simple, yet productive day.

I did the voice call practice today on 3cx with my peers.

Today I went about the usual job listings assignment. I sincerely hope that I am accounting for the range of locations and mission goals that other job hunters have. At 11AM, I then proceeded to work on the Disability ERG project until my shift had concluded.

Today I posted three new job listings. I spent the balance of my workday working on a SkillSoft module, Inserting and managing data. Oh yes, and a bit of Touch Typing practice.
