Today, I completed a typing test and I got 50 words per minute. I then wrote a monthly evaluation and did customer service roleplaying with my co-workers. Lastly, I will be joining everyone for our end of the month graduation.

What I Did Today.
I completed another module in Skillsoft outside of class time and shared my article in CTT group. Other than this we did scenarios wherein we roleplayed upset customer situations. Within 10 minutes we’ll be watching presentations of people moving on to SJS.

We did our 15-minute typing, next we did our phone script with roll play, last we did our professional vs. Informal email assignment.

Today I learned about my computer phone system and got a chance to use it with some scripted phone calls, and to wrap things up, I learned how to add a signature to my email, and an exercise on what a professional email is supposed to look like

Class today was okay. We practiced phone systems and scripts. It all reminded me of when I worked at Yelp and that was kinda fun. Otherwise we did some development of email signatures and worked on how to craft informal vs. formal emails.
