Today I worked written responses to customer emails, and managing phone calls.

Today I worked on an assignment doing written customer responses. We also had a review on the independent challenge and watched a video on professional phone responses.

Today we first some practice typing. Then we went over the Independent Challenge assignment. Also, we did some practice customer service questions. And we watched a video about how to answer phone calls.

Went over the challenge we did yesterday one on one. Writing examples of professional emails to responses and watched a video on how to answer the business phone.
