Today I learned how to screenshot a page or section of a page. I also learned about managing rigidity in the work place.

Today I got a refresher of what we have learned. I also got to finish my skillsoft assignment.

I observed an orientation presented by Marc. It was nice to be reminded of things again, plus some things I missed. Did today’s assignments. Seen some new participants in the group. Time went by quickly and that’s always nice.

Today I had some issues with the new Zoom link on my Google Calendar, but I was still able to log in. Then I continued as normal by posting job listings to CTP’s skill center page. I found one listing for a virtual opportunity with FoundationCCC, and a couple other viable listings as well. Next …

Today I entered in three job listings and spent the rest of my shift conducting Social Media research.

Today, I practiced using the STAR method for mock interview questions. After that, I worked on my resume and cover letter. I also had a practice interview with Carrie asking the questions. Finally, I completed the CTT weekly self-assessment.

I worked on my cover letter and resume. I needed to add more about my counseling career. I also learned the importance of the S.T.A.R. model to rely on for interviews. I was delighted to see that I was already for the most part doing that. I then concluded the day with the mock interviews …

In Pro today I finished all my Interview Questions and Answers. I worked on my Resume worksheet and finished up with our mock interview questions. It is always fun in Carrie’s classes on Fridays.
