I did the typing test at 32 WPM. I finished my response e-mails for POW. I enjoyed watching the graduates from the core program graduate. I the person connection that was empathized in the portfolios made it special. I also signed the release for my photo for public use.

Today I learned how to reply in written Customer Service Responses and we practiced using 3CX phone system in receiving and transferring calls scenarios. I’m still trying to remember all the phone button functions.

I typed 40 WPM. I practiced on the CX3 phone system. I worked on creating e-mails for various scenarios regarding customers and potential customers for POW.

Today we did the daily 15 minutes of typing. Then we worked on role-playing using the telephone Application to practice transferring in several different scenarios. It was great. Then we worked on professional responses to customers for specific situations.

Today we worked on touch typing practice, followed by doing practice with 3CX and warm call transfers. We had some issues with getting to the chatroom in 3CX, and in the 2nd round we had to work with an instructor in our group. It ended up being difficult to coordinate because of how busy everyone …
