Today we started off class with a three-minute typing test. we reviewed the independent challenge as a class. We did customer service Role Play upset customer scenarios. Mike, Nicole, Lucy, Nick, Joe and Cody played customer and employee roles. We did a good job.

fifteen minutes of typing practice and a three minute typing test, reviewed the Independent Challenges, and practiced Sunshine express upset customer role play scenarios.

Today we reviewed our individual challenges from a previous class. We also turned in our type tests for this week, and role-played customer complaint interactions in real time.

I shared 11 job posts in my first hour. Mostly remote part time ones. I transferred 6 places to the food bank website and added 5 new locations. Finally, I added 3 new resources to the emergency financial resources list.

Today, we began with touch type practice. I did my CORE check-in for the month as well. The bulk of our first hour was spent on an exercise involving typing responses to customers as a customer service representative of Sunshine Express. Today I listened to the instructors and did stuff. The first thing I did was wrote down seven answers to Sunshine Express Written Customer Service Responses. Then I did Sunshine Express Phone Script where it was hell getting everyone on the phone. What was good was the music in the background. Very cool.

In my 1st hour, I added 3 job listings to the CTP website. Afterward, I searched for emergency food organizations for the emergency food list, and found 1 in LA. In my 3rd hour, I focused on looking for social media content that CTP may post. One of my findings was for an event that …
