Today is my third day here as an associate here at CTP. Today I posted job listings and worked mainly on the second chance research and further research on the social media content.

What I Did Today
Today I worked on calling exercises with the group in 3cx. It was a little confusing at first, but I eventually got it right in my second group. For the rest of the day, I worked on customer service responses.

I got to use 3CX phone system again. A different assignment this time. It was a little difficult at first but we got better after redoing the exercise. I had fun with it. I also worked on the professional email responses. I hope I did okay on it.

Today, We practiced basic phone skills like answering and making calls with the customers. Following the script is very helpful but I realized I need more practice to make me more comfortable and make me sound natural.

Today we talked about the personal challenges that we did. We did phone customer scripts with the 3CX phone system, and we also did an exercise in turning informal written communication into formal communication.

Work on Google Docs, typing, and best of all things for the day 3CX communication training on operating and using the technology.
