What I Did Today
Today I started out with some job postings for the students, then transitioned to work on the ERG Outreach project. Finding contact info for these organizations is always a struggle, but I feel like I sent out a reasonable amount of emails today. I just hope some of them are interested!

Today I worked on posting job links on CTP. For the rest of my day, I worked on researching and updating the emergency food and groceries spreadsheet.

Today began with Monkey Type. Followed by 3CX telephone software assignment. Also I got my Start Here: Independent Challenge assignment, and my Docs: Independent Challenge V2 assignment, plus my Sheets: Independent Challenge V2 assignment checked. Concluded with my post.

Today, there was a full plate of subjects covered, to name a few, Leaving a message and phone script for various functions of customer service interactions over the phone or virtual. It was a good day of discovery overall.

Today I got a chance to explore 3CX during a roleplay. I learned how to transfer calls, put people on hold, and leave direct messages. I also practiced leaving voicemails. It’s definitely an interesting tool with a lot of useful features!
