We are seeking a reliable and service-focused Casino Customer Service Gaming Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, 24/7 gaming environment. The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years of age, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass a lifetime background check, credit check, and drug screening for state licensure. This role requires strong mental math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division), excellent customer service abilities, and a professional demeanor. Candidates should be prepared to sit or stand for extended periods and must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Visual and auditory acuity is essential, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for guests.
Night shift, with weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $17.50 to $19.50 an hour.
