The Card Services Specialist is responsible for managing various aspects of credit and debit card operations, including entering approved VISA and MasterCard applications, ordering replacements for lost or stolen cards, and closing accounts as needed. This role involves processing payments, cash advances, adjustments, and account changes, as well as placing status updates and authorization flags to reduce potential losses. The specialist communicates with account holders via phone, email, or written correspondence to address inquiries and resolve issues. Additional responsibilities include handling retrieval and chargeback requests, processing fraud claims, monitoring suspicious activity, and reviewing reports related to card activity. The position also provides technical support and information to internal staff while managing complex card processing and problem resolution.
M-F day shift (8 hour).
Listed pay is: $4,250 to $4,750 a month.
