HCMS Napa LLC, has a full-time, on-site, Customer Service Representative- Call Team opening. Pay starts at $19–$20 Per Hour.
Responsibilities:
- Providing telephonic support to patients
- Retrieve patient e-mails, messages and respond timely and professionally to inquiries
- Calling Insurance companies for status on enrollments and claims
- Assist the office with administrative functions as needed
Required Skills and Abilities:
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn and utilize accessible resources to complete tasks and projects
Experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel a must
