Lereta, LLC offers financial services aimed at delivering extraordinary service to the origination and servicing community. They are looking for someone to process a high volume of incoming routine calls, provide responsive assistance to clients, lenders, and third party calls regarding tax inquiries, respond to customer calls and/or email requests to provide assistance as needed to address questions or concerns, communicate status of assigments to the lead or supervisor, perform task research for tax payments in response to homeowner inquiry, notate tax bill correspondence, and call back homeowners as necessary. The pay rate is $18 – $20 / hr.
