They are looking for someone to deliver superior customer service, master 3 levels of customer service to assist customers across all regions, answer phone calls, complete training program, maintain knowledge of in-house information library, enter payments and work orders, maintain a monthly department scorecard with 90% and above standard, assist in mentoring new team members, and other duties as required. They want someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is able to effectively communicate to all levels of management and customers, is self-motivated and can multitask, has time management skills, has strong active listening skills, is able to grasp concepts quickly and can follow-through, adheres to assigned work schedule with a positive outlook, has the capacity to work overtime, and can a adapt to a dynamic environment. The pay rate is $21 / hr.
