Call Center Representative

Although I listed this position a while ago, Bay Alarm has a new opening.

Bay Alarm Company in Concord, has an opening for an on-site, full-time call service representative. Pay starts at $20.00 per hour.

Position Summary: Various positions are available including Emergency Dispatch, Service Routing, Customer Care, and Technical Support.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years dispatch or Customer Service preferred.
  • Call Center experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Good communication skills are required.
  • Basic data entry and retrieval skills required.
