They want someone who enjoys talking on the phone and can make personable connections with callers, has excellent customer service skills, can keep up in a fast-paced work environment with little to no supervision, has good phone presence, has strong communication skills, has an ability to prioritize and schedule appointments effectively, has basic skills with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook, has accuracy with data entry and strong attention to detail, has geographic knowledge of the Bay Area, is able to work well with others, and has a positive attitude even when receiving constructive criticism. The pay rate is $18.50 – $19.00 / hr.
