The Call Center Agent is responsible for delivering a positive patient experience by responding to inquiries through various support channels, such as the patient portal, website, and messaging systems. They schedule appointments in accordance with established protocols and organizational guidelines, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards. The role requires thorough knowledge of appointment types and procedures—such as new patient intake, mental health, women’s health, and controlled medication screenings—and involves directing inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary to ensure efficient and compliant service.
Listed pay is $21 an hour.
