They are looking for someone to provide prompt, courteous customer service, assist with incoming calls, contact members and enroll them, contact patients who are overdue on refills, transfer calls as needed, contact patients to verify information, educate patients, input correct patient information, receive prescriptions from patients and record the proper patient information, bill prescriptions, understand difference insurance criteria, assist patients with contact, insurance, or mailing issues, assist patients with eligibility, prescriptions, refills, or diabetic supplies, contact providers to obtain prescriptions, assist customers with prescriptions or other products, and package orders for mailing. They want someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English, is able to work in a fast-paced environment, is able to learn quickly, is able to work as a team, and can type with a speed of 35 wpm or higher. The pay rate ranges from $18 – $30 / hr.
