We focused on interview questions and answers, resume cleanup, also learning about Merchanic’s history, and prep work for the mock interview coming up next week.

Today’s class we became acquainted with setting up Zoom meetings and inviting one another. There is something new to learn daily, which keeps the class interesting and challenging.

Today, consisted of catching up on incomplete assignments and I am thankful for the opportunity to do so!

I survived the”Salesforce CRM Introduction” training today, and that says a lot! However, it is a very informative website that will provide the necessary training tools to advance a career within their organization, if interested.

I learned quite a bit and realized there are many students in this class who have a vast amount of knowledge they can teach and show me. Its exciting!!

Continued to work on the BerkMart project that requires you to consider what you are trying to create with a personal style yet, professional. I love the challenge it put forth and I wouldn’t have it any other way!!! And I love the “UNDO” button, talk about saving your bacon! ^-^

Worked on today, the BerkMart event project which requires, scouting the internet for helpful information, and compiling the data to create a spreadsheet that accurately outlines the necessary information for the event’s itinerary and the necessary accommodation that will be required for a successful event. Another good day!

I am a returning student and two things happened for me today. I realized how much I learned in the prior training sessions and that is, if the information isn’t used it can get misplaced. The moral of my story is you can always start again! A great day had with my new PRO team, …

Today, in the Employment Services class, I learned the “STAR” method for interviewing. I can see how this new tool will be helpful when explaining a situational experience during the interview process. I had a great day!

Today, we practiced note-taking and learned the various styles to effectively take in information and ensure we’ve covered the necessary points.
