What I Did Today

Today we mostly worked on using Clonezilla to make images of our virtual machine hard drives. its a very similar process to Acronis True Image. I also did my third monthly checkin with Devin and Carrie, it was very rewarding to hear how well I have done in the program.

What I Did Today

Today I completed the Disk Imaging lab. It was not very difficult for me because it is a process I have done before several times. the lesson about using sysprep and how it affects windows and imaging was very informative to me however, I had not used that before.

What I did Today

Today we did an assignment on company research, worked on our professional documents, and did some interview practice. I got some more work done on my interview questions and felt really good/confident in my answers during practice!

What I Did Today

Today we did Tech articles, i enjoyed sharing about the intel 8008 and how it compares to modern day processors. It was a good discussion overall focusing on AI and how it will continue to affect everything in life as we know it. Afterwards we wrapped up our lab on drive partitioning.

What I Did Today

Today was pretty eventful, I got to welcome four new participants to the CTT program and share my tech article with them. Afterwards I continued working on my Core Training Portfolio and then completed the Mail Merge project. Doing the mail merge was interesting, I have wondered how mass mailing works in the past.

Today I completed the POW Google Slides Presentation and then started work on my Core Training Portfolio presentation. It’s really cool and feels good to see all the work I’ve been doing come together and showcase that I am a capable person for the type of job that I want to have!

Today we introduced new participants to the program and reviewed the orientation. We had some downtime while the new people were getting set up so I did a little Skillsoft work. In the last hour we started a new google slides project for the Power Of Wellness company to practice our creation skills.
