We worked on responding to customer reactions to store services, faulty products, and store experiences(positive and negative). Valuable to me as we move forward.

More phone practice. I liked the taking notes part. I am glad about the backspace and rewind buttons. I suspect that I will be using those buttons less often as I gain more experience.

Business phone protocols and practice. Fun day. Touch typing practice. Hanging in at 16 WPM

Job search websites and filling out more resume polishing. Also, cover sheet practice. Touch typing and I seem to hover around 15 WPM. Keeping at it.

Worked at making another flyer for berkmart. It looks okay but I still have a ways to go before I get the real hang of things.

Point of sale practice (live!) everyone had fun and learned things too. Worked on change-making at the Point of Sale machine. Also got Accountability E-mail sent off

Did a check-in with Devin and Carrie. Cool. Worked on accountability assignment. And a short Bio for our Berkmart employee roster.

Typing. Job interview information with live interviewers. How cool is that could be that one thing l pick up that will land me that job. And the berkMart Flyer is coming right along.

Typing. Worked on BerkMart flyer. I found a plethora of images and worked with information to put on the flyer. This stuff will come in handy and probably help me in whatever job I get.

Typing. Kinda sluggish. We got a jump start to get our Portfolio Slide Show. This can only help me to improve the skills we have already worked on. We also reviewed our Accountability assignment. Plenty to do. Class time flies by at a lightning speed.
