What I Did Today

Today I worked on Salesforce CRM Introduction. There were several tests throughout the course. The final test was hands-on with several steps needing to be completed. After I completed the Salesforce CRM Introduction, I chose which elective I wanted to do for this week.

What I Did Today

Today I watched a video about LinkedIn. Later, I worked on updating my LinkedIn profile. I started formulating what I’m going to write for my about me section. I also practiced a few interview answers.

What I Did Today

Today I finished the Girl Scout Cookie spreadsheet in Google Sheets. I simplified thespreadsheet to make it easier to read. Later, I double-checked my work to make sure the data and formulas were correct. After I finished the Girl Scout Cookie spreadsheet, I checked in with the instructor for a final review.

What I Did Today

Today I finished editing a document. Later, we reviewed how to use several tools in Google Sheets. I also started to create a spreadsheet for Girl Scout Cookie sales. I added several elements to the spreadsheet to keep all the information organized. I used the Sum formula in the spreadsheet to calculate the data.

What I Did Today

Today we reviewed how to use several tools in Google Docs. Later, we worked on editing a Google document to practice our skills. There were several things in the document that I needed to change. I also started working on editing another document before class ended.

What I Did Today

Today I listened to an orientation presentation and answered questions about it. I also worked on answering questions for a monthly email that is only for returning students. Later, I read and started working on the Workplace Communication assignment.

What I Did Today

We reviewed a recorded surprise interview that we had with the instructor before. Later, we updated our resume, cover letter, and other documents as much as possible. We also practiced our interview answers with a classmate to gain more insight on how we could improve our answers. 

What I Did Today

We reviewed and explained our experience with the Remote Customer Service Accountability Assignment. Later, we practiced responding to BerkMart customers using the 3CX Phone System. We practiced responding to upset customers and happy customers.

What I Did Today

We practiced making a voicemail for the 3CX phone system. Later, we practiced responding to BerkMart Customers in written form. We responded to a variety of customers who were unhappy or needed further assistance from BerkMart.
