I typed 34 wpm. We went over the individual challenge exercise. I learned some shortcuts for underlining and could better comprehend how the formulas are created. We also did some practice on incoming, outgoing, and transferring of calls on the CM3 system.

Typed 37 WPM. Did the individual challenge test on techniques learned. Had some trouble with the Goggle Sheet part. I need to find a way to get my first column back to the original categories. I enrolled in the 3CX telephone training. I learned from Jose the basics of telephone training.

I practiced sending e-mails and leaving a phone message for a prospective employer. I learned how to work with my personal job log. I also learned a shortcut for hyper-link using control and K.

I typed 32 words a minute. I learned how to create columns on Goggle Sheets using the ‘proper’ formula. I learned how to perform mail merge for 30 customers for POW.

Today I did a mock interview with Katie from Beneficial State Bank. The mock interview went very well. I did not even need to use my notes. I indicated I had knowledge of what Beneficial Bank has done to help the housing crisis in Oakland and their environmental concerns by supporting renewable energies. I almost …

I had my monthly check in with Devin and Carrie. And received helpful information as to how to strengthen my Salesforce skills by asking Marc for assistance in accessing Skillforce courses. I had two practice mock employer POW company massage practices. Everything went very well today.

I typed 38 WPM in the exercise. And we did the mock POW membership sign-up. But I will be doing it tomorrow.

I finished my resume. Did some role-playing as a potential employee for Beneficial Bank. practiced answers to questions that I might be potentially asked. I felt a little frustrated and challenged more than before.

I finished my EMP interview questions and answers so I have notes to refer tofor tomorrow’s mock interview. I completed and submitted my POW flyer as my elective and submitted it. I learned how to adjust margins for helping to manage the placement of text and pictures. I also learned how to delete an extra …
