Today I set up my WordPress account and I listened to the CTT orientation material.

Today we worked on the Core and CTT orientations. I also set up many different accounts including Homebase, Slack, WordPress, and Google Chrome. I also installed some new browser extensions such as LastPass, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin, and Grammarly.Happy Halloween!

Today I learned how to create my first ticket. I also got logged into WordPress and learned how to create my first daily blog post. We also had a presentation for the Core Orientation and I took a quick quiz and got 100% on it.

Today we created our osTicket accounts as well as our WordPress accounts. We couldn’t figure out how to attach inline photos to our tickets, but we did try.

We reviewed the CTP orientation, practiced using Zoom polls, and explored CTP’s Skill Center website.

Today I learned how to use a ticketing system.

Today I registered for a WordPress account. I listened to a lecture about Online Software. I connected to a remote computer on CTP’s network for the first time.  

Today I learned how to use Lastpass. I also signed up for WordPress and wrote my first daily blog post of Core Training.
