Hello. Today I created a flyer for a BerkMart promotional event. I learned how to use the Watermark function in order to place an image behind the text. I still have work to learn how to use layers of images and text and not mess it up as I edit a feature of the document.

Hello. Today our class practices selling each other items off of the BerkMart website. We also did the monthly check-in with Carrie and Devin. When I came back from the second break I did a game practicing making change and worked on a Skillsoft about motivation and leadership.

Hello. Employment services challenge me to search my past for skills and answers as well as try to imagine a different future. I worked on my interview questions and responded to the question asked about a challenge I faced in a work environment. Employment Services never disappoints to make me think.

Hello. Today our class reviewed the Accountability Assignment. It was an interesting discussion. We also reviewed how to set up Hometabs. After that, I finished working on my Company / Job Research project. I then e-mailed my impression of how working on my elective went. Overall it seemed like a good day.

Hello. I spent class working on last week’s Accountability Assignment on Focus. The assignment showed me that I can improve my focus and make working on tasks easier and maybe even more enjoyable.

Hello. Here is what I learned. I enter data slow. It would be good far me to practice more so I can speed up. I worked on my registration form and attendees list. I didn’t get through entering the attendees list. Tomorrow is another day.

Hello. I admit I am having a hard time remembering to clock in and out. I didn’t clock in or out for any of my breaks. I am sorry about that. I have added Homebase to my start-up tabs. Fingers crossed that might jog my memory. I am grateful for our new students and their …

Hello. Today was the beginning of the second month of PRO. I figured out what Homebase is. Yeah, now I just have to remember to use it. I look forward to strengthening the skills I began learning last month.
