Today we had orientation for Pro customer service, reviewed and worked on this weeks accountability and monthly pro participant email assignments, submitted this weeks Skillsoft assignment, and set reminders for all assignments in my calendar.

Today I looked for volunteer options on a website, and worked on my resume and Q&A.

Today we worked on Customer service role-play situations, the rose, bud, and thorn assignment, and a portfolio presentation from our graduating students. Congratulations to Luz and Abdul!

Today I worked written responses to customer emails, and managing phone calls.

Today I worked on an assignment doing written customer responses. We also had a review on the independent challenge and watched a video on professional phone responses.

Today I did customer service phone scripts and an independent challenge.

Today I worked on searching different job search sights and interview Q&A.

Today I had my first monthly pro check-in which I think went well. I also worked on an assignment taking turns being customers and employees placing orders on Square POS.

Today I worked on a spreadsheet assignment with a classmate and my instructors. We took turns as being employees signing each other up as members of a gym and for gym member services. I enjoyed this exercise while learning more about spreadsheets.

Today I worked on my Interview Q and A, had a class presentation, and the class shared their answers to the interview questions.
