Today I attended the graduation ceremony for this month’s graduates. I thought it was touching and inspiring to see everyone who made it get rewarded and prepare for bigger and better things.

Today I did some more practice with the phone 3cx system. I feel like I’m improving which is a good thing. The more I practice the more I improve.

Today I learned how to work with mail merger. It was for the Donor letter project. I started with editing a list on google sheets. Then, I edited a letter. Eventually, with step by step help I was able to merge the letter with the information and names on the spread sheet. I think mail …

Today I did some more mock interviews. As I mentioned before the more I practice, the more I improve. The best part is experiencing the improvement. I will say I do enjoy experiencing Improvement.

Today I continued practicing with customer service scheduling scenarios. It was challenging, but I was able to catch on as we all continued practicing. I do enjoy these scenarios because the more we practice, the more we improve. I also had my monthly check in with Devin and Carrie which is also always helpful.

Today we worked on a customer service scenario. It was a little challenging, but I eventually caught on. We used spread sheets for this exercise. I feel like I’m improving a little with spread sheets.
