Today we went over California’s sexual harassment training for the first part of the day, we then worked on our professional documents, and lastly we did some rapid-fire interview questions to close out the day.

Today as a group we went over our tech articles for the week and I learned a couple of things about some new topics. I then worked on my customer service responses and my end-of-month reflection. For the last part of the day, we watched the end-of-month graduation ceremony.

Today we went over the Sunshine Express customer service scripts and practiced in groups on 3cx on what working at a call center would look like. For the last hour, I worked on my written customer service responses.

Today we watched a video about customer service, and then we worked on an Independent challenge that included an assessment on the web, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.

Today I learned about a few more job search sites that could help me find more positions to apply to. For the second hour of class, I worked on my professional documents and made some headway on my cover letter. In the third and final hour of class, we went over practice interview questions and …

Today for the first two-thirds of our time we worked on our Networking Lab. In the last hour of class, we spent going over our tech articles for the week due to mock interviews being scheduled tomorrow.

Today we went over networking and started our new lab for the week. For today I completed the prelab and started on the required lab.

today I worked on researching companies that I am going to interview with. I then worked on preparing my essential professional documents including my cover letter. For the last hour of class, we worked as a group on interview questions and answers while receiving feedback on our answers.

Today as a group we went over our tech articles for the week and discussed the topics of those articles. After this, we continued working on Project Inception for the rest of our time for the day.

Today we started working on the next phase of Project Inception. In doing this I have learned more on how to use Virtual Machine Manager to make virtual machines, and have created three different virtual machines with different operating systems.
