Today we started with a presentation of the S.T.A.R method of answering interview questions. We then worked on our professional documents, and for the rest of the day, we did interview question-and-answer practice.

Today I started by presenting my tech article for the week. We then practiced our customer service interactions and the best ways to deal with customer complaints. Then it was time for the end-of-month celebration.

Today started with practicing my typing. We then went on to practice our customer service with 3cx phone systems. After this, I recorded the audio for my Core Services portfolio. For the last part of the day I worked on the Rose, Bud, Thorn exercise.

Today I started with typing practice. We then moved on to the Independent Challenge and worked on that for most of the day. Today was professional development day. For most of the day I worked on my professional documents including my resume and my portfolio. After working on these we practiced our interview questions and answers.

Today started with us presenting our tech articles a day early in preparation for mock interviews tomorrow. We then went over a note-taking presentation and practiced taking notes. After that, we had a networking demonstration for the rest of the day.

Today I started by practicing my typing skills. After this, we tried out some cash-counting games for a little bit. We then learned more about point-of-sale systems and practiced being on the cashier end of the pos system.

Today started out with a presentation about AI and I learned that AI are not quite as intelligent as made out to be. I then worked on my portfolio during Documents Lab. We then finished off the day by doing interview questions and answers.

Today we started by presenting our tech articles for the week. I then spent the rest of the day working on the coding and web servers lab where I made various changes to the web page I have been working on this week.

Today I worked on learning how to code HTML from my PC using Sublime and adding it to my VM webserver using WinSCP. Once I learned how to do this I used the rest of the day to practice making changes to the HTML code and seeing if it worked on my webserver.
