This is a Temporary (1-2 months) role looking for applicants who are team players, good multi-taskers, and have good organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, computer skills, and knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures (filing, record keeping, etc) desired. Responsibilities include managing accounts, processing work orders, receptionist duties, electronic and hard copy filing, and other clerical duties (data entry, faxing, copying, mailing).
