Administrative Assistant in Alameda, Ca (On-site)

At this role you will be in charge of Office management (ordering supplies, getting mail, ordering water for dispenser, etc…). Buyer- ordering parts, raw materials and hardware for the technical side of the business (McMaster bolts and hardware, fiberglass, aluminum, etc…). and Support our accounting team (data entry, receipt scanning, etc…), previous accounting experience a plus 15%.
