They are looking for someone to field calls, direct visitors, maintain calendars and schedules, schedule meetings, print meeting materials, create expense reports, create reports, graphs, visual presentations, and related documents, place catering orders, capture minute meetings, develop and distribute information to internal and external stakeholders, order department supplies, create travel requests and arrangements, maintain organization charts, maintain filing systems, ensure department employee timesheets are approved on time, and work with department leadership to submit monthly reports. They want someone who has working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, a typing speed of at least 40 wpm, a valid California driver’s license, knowledge of business office machines, effective communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills, and work more than 50% of the time in front of a computer. The pay rate ranges from $28.94 – $34.00 / hr.
