Denham Resources’s mission is to make life better through recruiting, staffing, and human resource consulting. They are looking for someone to be the front office first-point-of-contact for the company. In this role, you will be expected to meet and greet clients and visitors, answer phones, organize files, draft letters and emails, collect payments, upkeep office and office supply inventory, open and close the office, follow up on issues and work orders, coordinate new service applications, assist with monthly invoices, respond to voicemails and support email, handle cash drawer, and manage the CEO’s calendar. They are looking for someone who has a valid California driver’s license, with experience in data entry, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, and has strong customer service skills, communication skills, and organizational skills. The pay rate is $18 – $21 / hr.
