They are looking for a data entry clerk to ensure accurate data entry into their accounting systems. Responsibilities include inputting financial data into accounting software and systems, verifying accuracy of invoices and other records, performing daily data entry of accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as file, maintain, and organize documents. You will also be expected to communicate with vendors and internal team members to resolve issues, and perform other duties as assigned. They are looking for someone with attention to detail, data entry proficiency, organizational skills, prioritization ability, and communication proficiency. The pay rate is $18 / hr.
